药理学

   药理学是研究药物和机体相互作用的一门科学，主要研究内容包括药物效应动力学和药物代谢动力学。总论部分介绍药理学的基本概念和药物的作用规律，各论部分介绍作用于外周神经系统、中枢神经系统、内脏系统以及自体活性物质、激素类、抗病原微生物等药物的药理作用、临床应用和不良反应，为临床合理用药、充分发挥药物的防治作用和防止不良反应提供理论依据。

Basic pharmacology is a science which studies the interactions between drugs and organisms，mainly about Pharmacodynamics and Pharmacokinetics. The introduction part deals with the basic concept and mechanisms of the drugs. The specialized part introduce the pharmacological actions, effects and adverse reactions of the drugs that act on Peripheral Nervous Systems, Central Nervous System and visceral System, autoallergic active compound, hormones, anti-pathogens, anti parasitic diseases, anti-carcinoma and so on. Pharmacology provides the theoretical basis for the clinical use and the adverse reactions of drugs.
