All international students who are applying for postgraduate programs at SHUTCM are required to take a test in terms of summary writing before entering the interview stage.
Only one of the following two requirements needs to be fulfilled:
1. Applicants are required to search for relevant academic literatures in their chosen majors and research fields over the past three years, and complete a summary with no word limit. Applicants of acupuncture and moxibustion must select literatures on this major.
2. Academic literatures or resources are provided by the mentor and applicants shall follow the mentor’s instruction to complete the summary.
Submission: Applicants are required to use the test form (See Attachment ) to write the summary and to submit it to the mentor who they are applying for via email and cc to Admission Office. The deadline of submitting the summary is April. 15th, 2025.
