SHUTCM holds TCM event for foreigners in Shanghai

Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SHUTCM) and the Shanghai Overseas Returned Scholars Association held the SHUTCM Open Day on Nov 17 for foreigners in Shanghai to experience the charm of TCM.


Around 40 foreigners participated in the on-campus event. They got to learn about SHUTCM's international education, attend a TCM lecture, visit the campus, and experience acupuncture and tuina (TCM massage).


Wang Yongjun, vice-president of SHUTCM, delivered a welcome speech to the foreign participants. He introduced SHUTCM's international education characteristics, the international education concept of SHUTCM, and the "Study in SHUTCM" brand for overseas students.

Foreigners visit the Shanghai Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is a museum at SHUTCM that offers visitors unique insights into the millennia-old practice of TCM.
